Registration Files needed to submit:

(1) THE FINAL VERSION OF THE PAPER (MS Word file)

(2) REGISTRATION FORM (word)

(3) SCANNED PAYMENT PROOF (.jpg etc)

(4) SCANNED STUDENT CARD (If the author registers as student)

These files needed to submit, otherwise the registration isn't successfully and your paper will not published.

 

Registration Fee:

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment must be made in USD/RMB. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.

 

 

Important Information:

1. One regular registration can cover a paper with 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references (over 4 pages extra-charge 40 U.S. Dollars or 200 RMB per page needs to be paid).

2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceeding book.

3. Only one paper can be included into the journal by paying one registration fee; you can pay Extra Paper Charges (2000 RMB or 350 U.S. Dollars) for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.

4. For all accepted papers, the registration fee needs to be paid before the deadline. Please note that your paper will be removed from conference proceeding if the fee is not received by that date.

(1)中国大陆论文作者注册费为2200元/篇（学生作者2000元/篇），如论文超过4页，超出页数每页另加200元。每篇论文至少有一位作者注册。

(2)以第一作者身份投多篇论文，从第二篇起论文注册费优惠200元，如第二篇论文超过4页，超出页数每页另加200元。

(3)论文注册费包括出版费用、发票、纸质刊物等。

(4)参会费600元/人（未投稿的1000元/人），参会费含会议资料、发票、会间中餐、会后晚宴等，参会人员交通与住宿费自理。
